Transfer Fees
The transfer fees are paid by the buyer on the date the title deed is transferred in his name. The transfer fees are calculated on the purchase price and the following rates apply:

A new law approved by the Parliament suspended the payment of transfer fees on new properties that carry Vat. Also , for properties that do not carry Vat, transfer fees are reduced by 50%.
